Notifications do not have sound

After restarting my PC, the notifications I get from Opera GX don't have any sound, and I notice that their appearance is very different from the typical Windows 10 notification banner, they seem smaller and sleeker with an Opera icon on the top-left corner.
Typically, I would get the default Windows 10 notification sound accompanied by the notification banner that would flash. I tried going into the browser settings to see if some feature got turned on, but I haven't found anything.
