Opera Stable 24.0 Website decoding error

Some sites (e.g. Cookie Clicker) dont load properly, just a white screen with Text. No pictures, no formating, but links work.
Youtube comments arent loading sometimes, Facebook timeline just loads 6 posts, cant go further, even if i click "load more posts".
Some other sites work w/o problems..

No problems with Chrome/IE.
JavaScript enabled, Flash player 15, 64bit Version.

How to fix?
