Bookmarks close button and keep last opened folder

I usually save and update bookmarks in the same folder I created and it's a Huge chore to navigate to the last opened folder Every damn time.
I'll give you an example that could be relatable to Many users. I read lots of manga and novel from different sites, so I group the bookmarks by the translator sites. When I read a manga, I update the chapter number in the name of the bookmark, but since there are multiple manga from the same site, I have to open the bookmarks, look for the folder, find the bookmark, and Then I can finally update it.
Worst of all, I can't close the bookmarks window with a simple X in the top right corner like most people would expect, I mean... most windows can be closed.
No, I have to navigate all the way back to the root bookmarks folder until I can finally click that damn X. It's frustrating, to say the least because there is more than enough space in the top row to add a close button. So it would be great if a close button could be added to the bookmarks folder, along with it saving the last opened folder. (I wouldn't mind if it was saved even for the next session because it's easier to navigate back from the last opened folder if I want to change something else than find the folder again.)
I really hope this gets implemented asap, and thank you in advance!
