Opera GX Gets a lot of ghost windows.

So I use dual monitors, but whenever I am watching something full-screen on one monitor and then alt+tab to another back and forth, sometimes a ghost window will appear, they don't really do anything, they just clutter the screen, and don't go away even if I close Opera GX. They go away if I restart my pc, but its annoying to do that all the time, so I would like to know if there is some kind of fix?
