[Duplicated] Browser boots to white screen

To start this off, the browser is nice. I like it much more than regular chrome, but it's hard to enjoy when it just doesn't work. about 85-90% of the time opening opera results in a blank white screen. Nothing on it works except the close button in the top right of the screen and even then it is not visible. The only way that I have found to fix this, all be it temporarily, is to just close and reopen over and over until it kinda works. On top of this, the actual installation of opera has totally disappeared. It lets me reinstall it and the installation reappears but once my computer goes to sleep it's gone all over again. I've tried doing a full clean install, going through all directories and possible file locations and removing everything then restarting but it still does the same thing. Lastly, once it does actually work, the vast majority of the time no videos will ever load making Youtube or any other video sharing/ media consumption website unusable. I've run out of ideas on what to do to make it work. The only other idea I have is to try to go back to windows 10 to see if it's any better there but I really would rather not do that. Does anyone have any solutions, mainly to the not booting issue? I can always boot google for Youtube if I need it despite it being annoying.
