Can't find the 64 bit version of the latest version of Opera

I am running Windows 8.1 update 1 64 bit and am looking for a 64 bit version of the latest Opera browser, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Can someone please help me find it?

There is currently no 64bit version of Opera Blink for Windows.
Apple Mac's (MacOS) is currently the only operating system that has a 64bit version of Opera Blink (but it has only just been released) and have dropped development of the 32bit version for MacOS.
Maybe it won't be too long till we see the 64bit version for Windows ?.

The Linux version has always been 64 bit only.
Now MacOS is 64 bit only.
If Opera drop 32 bit support for Windows (as Adobe have now done with all their "professional" software) there will be an outcry!
