HTTPS over Opera Turbo on Windows

in the UK https://www.torrentz.eu is blocked and their none secure site does not work on Opera Turbo for the PC. If I use my Andriod Tablet with Opera without Turbo, i can see the site is blocked. But it i turn Turbo on, the https://www.torrentz.eu works no issues. I have also tested this on the iPhone (mobile data, 3g turned off, therefore using same ISP as PC), and with Turbo off, site blocked, with Turbo on HTTPS site works.
So is there a way to make the Windows version of Opera Turbo do HTTPS sites as well as HTTP sites, like the Andriod/IOS version does?
Thank you

Turbo doesn't work with https-connections at all. No matter if that's on a mobile device or desktop:
"If you browse a secure site, like your bank or email, Opera Turbo stays out of the way. Your sensitive data is sent directly between your device and the secure site.", Opera

I agree with what you are saying, but look at the following images from Android Tablet from https://www.torrentz.eu
Blocked without Turbo https://www.dropbox.com/s/mz6amqgp4hup4e2/Screenshot_2014-10-08-18-31-52.png?dl=0
Unblocked with Turbo https://www.dropbox.com/s/pgv0e8got3vggih/Screenshot_2014-10-08-18-27-29.png?dl=0Basically https://www.torrentz.com is blocked in the UK. On and Android device with opera and Turbo not on, i get the blocked message from my ISP, turn on Turbo and the site is working, and I know it is the HTTPS site, because the padlock shows, see images
Which I happy with, just wish there was an option on the Windows to say also put HTTPS over the Turbo
