[Suggestion] Hotkey for background music

A hotkey to mute/unmute background music would be great, for playing music through Spotify or if Opera doesn't detect audio from a tab to mute itself. I know you can mute it in the sidebar, but having a hotkey would make it easier for people who prefer keyboard control such as myself.

@jonahbebko This would be useful not only for Spotify alone, but also for other music platforms from the sidebar of the Player.
