Opera doesn't open pdf file

Here it is one of the file which can't open, first it is loading but i get blank screen:

i think sometimes open but i am not sure. I have habit to download pdf file but in this case i wanted to read from loaded pdf file.
How to download this file from Opera? It start to loading automatically but i get blank screen. There isn't download bar as in Opera 12 or Opera to ask me do i want to download it. I know how to download in other way, i ask how to download from Opera. -

From the menu, More Tools, Enable Developer Tools.
From the Developer Tools menu, select Plugins.
Choose a suitable PDF Plugin for viewing PDF files.

You have two PDF reader plugins listed in your first picture, one being 'Chrome PDF Viewer' and the other being 'Foxit Reader Plugin for Mozilla.
You need to disable one of them and keep the one you wish to use enabled.

Thanks, we solved this :). Only works 'Chrome PDF Viewer', Foxit Reader Plugin for Mozilla doesn't work.
