Please let us disable tab hover cards completely

It's good that fast tab tooltip has now become optional but please, expand that option to disabling tab hover cards completely: they are hugely distracting and completely redundant. At least have a flag for it for advanced users.
(In case someone reading might not know what they are: they are that huge white popup that appears when you hover on an open tab for a second while on a desktop Opera browser.)
