Opera GX Boot Loop Bug

I am hoping someone had this problem and now knows how to fix this. The problem im having is boot looping, I even reinstalled the app 3 times and the fourth time recorded it, I'm not sure if it was the rendered image I put as the background but I had a diffrent one the day before. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Any difference if you go into Opera GX's install folder and double-click on launcher.exe instead of using your desktop shortcut (that looks like it's set to run Opera as admin)?
Have you tried renaming Opera GX's profile folder so that Opera creates a new one to test if it's an issue with your profile? Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't delete your profile unless you explicitly choose to when uninstalling.
