Opera gx not opening, error (0xc0000022)
i've done anything i could have possibly thought of, i looked on youtube, i read through the forums, reinstalled, everything!!!! i gave opera all the permissions, nothing! always this:
I really wish someone could help me!!! only after 2 days of using opera, this happened. when i re-download opera, the download doesnt even finish!!!
i need help!!!

@burnout426 thanks a ton for providing me with a source to help, i really appreciate it! i'm gonna read it later though because im extremely tired right now. i read a little of it and i dont feel smart enough to go and delete some files.
