Non-changeable font size

After the last update Opera shows all pages with big fonts - like if I'm using the scale mode, and I can't change it in the settings.
It's really uncomfortable for small screen - less than 5".
How can I solve this problem without downgrading the Opera?

Maybe it's the Off-road mode, try disabling it and reload the pages.

I don't think it's got anything to do with Off Road mode, as mine is off and it's about network traffic rather than rendering if I understood it correctly.

This is an issue that bothers me in Chrome as well and I'd love to have non-scaled letters: if I want to read something in larger font, I will zoom in myself.

Especially annoying when textarea elements get the font zoomed, making you see only like two lines on an average device.
