No sound on any websites but the opera GX sound works

When I play any media on a website, there's no sound comming out but I can hear every sound from the navigator (open/close tabs, tipping sounds, ....).

I got this issue a few months ago and got rid of it by reinstalling opera gx. I worked fine until now but I got this issue again.

What I tried :

• Check if tab sound was on
• Disable all extensions
• Disable the ad-blocker
• Disable all limiters
• Reset settings to default
• Reset all flags to default
• Create a clean profile folder

I'm on windows, opera GX is on version 83.0.4254.27

What I got from opera://media-internals :

I don't understand how I can hear opera GX sounds but I can't hear any websites sounds.
