[Request] keyboard shortcut for "Open Video Popout"

Can we get a configurable keyboard shortcut for the popout, so we don't have to fiddle with getting that little icon to show itself?

I found that Opera has it pop out automatically when switching to another tab. Opera GX has the flag for this feature, but somehow it's worse than Opera - it makes the scrub bar disappear, among other bugs that make it unusable.

Just back here to say thanks for the patch (GX now has pop-out feature as Opera)
