How to remain notifications added

Hi,
I regularly delete all the history searching when I close Opera browser.
But normally when I open Opera I add notification permissions at the Site Settings for the site https://mail.google.com
Is there a way to have this permission added permanently?
I have seen that are added docs.google.com and drive.google.com permanently, they aren't deleted after an history clearing, but I don't know how can I add one permanently.
Thanks -

It didn't do the trick for me. I tested removing every item from Advance deleting one by one, and none of them allowed me to retain the notification added values. -

Testing on Windows at the moment, I've found that check "Cookies and other site data" or "Hosted app data" or "Site Settings". So, any of those will clear the notification site settings. I will check in Chrome.

@burnout426 In Chrome, only "Site settings" clears the notification settings. Looks like an Opera bug then. I filed DNA-97723 for it.

My Opera release at the moment is 82.0.4227.58.
Before my posting I had tested to add a web allowing notifications, delete history with site settings unchecked (and also tested the rest of the delete items one by one), and all the notifications were deleted also, except a couple of google sites that are permanents.
It had no sense, so probably could be a bug.
Thank you very much for you help. -
