Opera GX not launching

Hi there, forum dwellers. I'm facing for the first time after an Opera (GX) installation the issue reported by several users about Opera not launching.
The installation was properly completed, but when launching the application the starting GX animation appears, and then nothing...
Opera doesn't open, there's no application running in the task manager, Opera's just, not there.
I've looked into the solutions raised by other users, such as the Microsoft family settings, installing Opera for all users, launching the app with the admin rights, whitelisting the app in the firewall, but nothing worked.
Anyone's got an idea about how to identify the cause of the issue ?
Is there any log that would contain this kind of info ?
Any hint (not daring to say solution) would be much appreciated!

(it's an enterprise computer, but I'm using another one under the same env. where I'm using Opera without any issue)
