Couldn't mmap icu data file, Opera Gx not opening

This error is showing up as debug.txt every time I try to open the application.nothing happens when I click the application launcher(it opens for a few seconds in the task manager and shuts down).
P.s. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, reinstalling over current application and installing by deleting user data nothing works, I faced the same problem last year and had to factory reset my entire system to get it working, don't wanna repeat that.
Please suggest what I should do.

I had the same problem, I didn't uninstall or delete anything. Just downloaded the opera setup from the official website and installed like nothing happened. It worked, even I had my open tabs!
