[Request] Allow to have tabs displayed simultaneously

My request is to make it possible to display more tabs in one window of opera browser.

Ok, so maybe a wierd request u might say, because i can open just two instances one on each monitor.
Well the problem is every time you Alt+Tab it gets you two cards that in my case just mess my workflow

My idea actually comes from my experience in using 3d modeling software (especially blender), as u can see below.
There i can split my gui to as many segments horizontaly and vertically as i want!

The exact idea is to make splitters that will divide ur opera window to display different tabs on each part

This way it will be scalable no matter how many monitors u have.

And its still usefull with snigle monitor setup.
