Input datalist doesn't show in extension popup

For example, in this extension datalist isn't shown.

The arrow on the right side is visible, but the list is not shown when you enter the letter a, or when you click or double-click.

This extension works in other chromium browsers.

Windows version: Win 10 Pro, build 19044.1466
Opera version: Opera GX, LVL3 (core: 82.0.4227.50)

Confirmed in Opera GX and Opera Stable. Works as intended in Opera Beta and Opera Developer though.
