Opera GX wont let me open links

Its a little more specific than that, whenever I do a left click that would take me to another page it wont let me. things like clicking links or trying to switch from Gmail to google drive don't work with left click. I can right click and open in a new tab.
This just started happening
I'm running windows 10
I don't use any extensions
I've disabled the adblocker and it has done nothing -
