The ability to add whatever settings you want from the main settings page into the quick settings page on the right hand side of your browser.

Example: I switch hardware accel on and off for certain things and it causes issues for me with it on, but i need it on for some things, so the ability to quickly toggle it, restart my browser and continue on what I'm doing would be great.

Or the ability to access your passwords menu from the quick settings tab would also be great.

Most sections in settings have specific URLs to jump right to them.

As a workaround for now, goto the URL opera://settings/passwords, click the heart at the right of the address field, and choose to bookmark the page as a speed dial on the start page (or the bookmarks bar if you use it instead). Do the same for opera://settings/system. You can rename the bookmarks too to give them better names if you want. You can put all of the setting bookmarks you create into a folder too if you want.

There is another alternative that's you might find it useful.

Goto the URL opera://flags/#sidebar-site-panel, enable the flag, restart Opera, click the 3 dots at the bottom of the sidebar, scroll down to "Custom Site Panels" and add panels for opera://settings/system and opera://settings/passwords etc. Then, you can jump to specific settings via sidebar panels.

There are 2 downsides to that way though. One is that each settings panel will have the same gear icon. So, you'll have to remember which one is which or hover over them with the mouse to see what URL is used for each. The other is that you'll have to make those panels pretty wide to see the settings because they're on the right-side of the settings page.
