Add Steam chat as a sidebar integration.

It would be useful to have the steam chat in the sidebar in the same way you did discord, because it is a largely used game launcher and you have to stay kept up with it and this is a Gaming browser and steam is a game launcher so it makes sense.

@jackjordan419 I also forgot to say, maybe also add xbox chat as well for the same reason.
