[Suggestion] Highlighting for Bookmarks Bar

Please, add an option to highlight the Bookmarks Bar with a slider.
The current one is too grey (in dark theme), barely visible. It should have the same brightness as an active tab. Also mouse hovering over BB items does nothing, no highlighting ...
