Youtube settings bar opens on it's own

I have went on google forums but got no answers so i'm hoping here i can get the help i need.
On every single video the settings bar opens on it's own. If i use arrow keys to fast forward it opens and the arrows then control the settings. It's extremely frustrating and annoying. It happened out of no where yesterday. No other browser is having this issue only Opera GX.
