spotify not working on sidebar

after using a lot of youtube music i decided to change your music player service, so i selected spotify music. there was not sound, for extensions, i have not, i tried turning off the ad and track blocker, but still nothing worked, i offed VPN as that makes thing slow but that did not help.

thanks for having a view to this topic, does anyone have a suggestion to solve this problem??
