Opera Dragonfly

After installing latest ver. Opera browser (24 or dev.Opera) i have default web-inspector such as chrome inspector, but where is Dragonfly?
I've got Dragonfly only in old ver. Opera browser (12.17).

That's correct I'm afraid, Dragonfly was replaced in the versions of Opera from 15 onwards, in favour of its Chrome equivalent.
Sadly I doubt that it will ever return.
