Opera and high-contrast settings

Opera uses system colors for some UI elements. In combination with High-contrast theme this makes settings (and some pages) unreadable:

Is there some separate place where users can report bugs?
Does Opera developers/tech support read this forum?

I'm opera user probably since version 5. Although JS engine was terribly slow, I've loved v12.
I miss a lot of things, but the one above is probably most irritating and for the first time I consider switching to FF!
