Opera GX interferes with other application windows making clicks impossible.

I'm noticing bugs in the opera window, when opening the browser it interferes with the window of other applications preventing maximize and clicks in certain places, on another device my browser opened but the window did not appear, it was invisible.
in the image I sent it is not possible to verify the error, but in the video, as you can see, the browser interferes with the steam window making it impossible to click anywhere on the page.
