Freezes within a minute of startup

This started the night before, I restarted my computer and when it turned back on, Opera GX just would freeze within a minute or two of being opened. Didn't matter what page was open, if I even did anything, it would freeze entirely. Audio would still play. Sometimes it'd crash and close itself out, but most of the time it required me to close it out in task manager.

I have done a complete reinstall, removing all my settings. Disabled all my extensions, disabled hardware acceleration. Still, nothing works.

I am using Windows 10 and it is fully updated. My drivers are up to date, everything else works just fine.
