mht file save for ebay no longer wiorking

I'm on v12.17 [Build 186,Platform=Win32,System=Windows Vista]
Until recently, saving ebay pages in mht format worked OK, but recently (last month?) is failing, with only text bits in wrong format being retrieved when the saved mht file is opened (in Opera or other browsers).
Anyone else getting this?
Any ideas how to get it working again?
I've no idea if this is ebay-specific, but that is where I use it most.(please no "why do you use mht ?" replies, that's a different topic. Also, I've experimented with pdf conversion as a workaround, but Web2PDF wants to charge me after 30 saves/month)

I just re-discovered that I'd been using a custom style sheet for ebay, which I guess is the source of this no longer working.
It was given me in the old days when there was still an Opera community, so I can't just recall the dialogue as to how I got it/who from/why.
In case anyone stumbles on this thread, I just used the previous style sheet - which also failed (not surprising, as it failed ages ago).
So then tried NO style sheet - and success!
The only nagging doubt is trying to remember why I needed a special one in the first place...
