Deleting devices in tabs page

I can see old logins of my devices in the "Tabs" (opera://activity) option. "Dieser Computer" is the device I'm taking the screenshot from and is the same as "DESKTOP-GCDLU03". Only the top two options are actually up to date. The other options show the tabs that were open, when the devices logged off. Is there a way to delete all of the other "devices"?
