How to stop Multimedia keys interaction

Hello, I use HyperX Alloy Core RGB, it has multimedia keys (stop, pause / play, switch track back / forward).
And I noticed such a thing, when I use Spotify, I want to switch the track, at the same time I have a browser running, but I don't turn on music in it, I want to switch the track, but I can't, and these keys interact with the browser, after this how i close the browser - these keys start working in Spotify, but it causes discomfort.

Can you tell me if this problem can be fixed?
