[Suggestion]Toolbar/Sidebar customization

As an avid customization savvy, I would love to see a customizable toolbar, where I can loosely reorder the icons, change the size of the address bar, fix the download shortcut to the side of the address bar, etc., similar to the extent of customization that is offered in Firefox. Additionally, customization for the sidebar, like icon reordering would be a deal for me. I see that, for a browser directed for gamers, free customization is a must, as it gives freedom and individuality for each user and resonate with each setup.
