Files fail to upload on my flow from phone to pc but not viceversa.

When I go to upload a file on My flow from my pc everything works fine, but from my phone it says "Failed to upload file" (Or something similar, my Opera is not in english).
It used to work fine and one day it just stopped.

Any solutions?
