Error with Tab preview and Youtube

I have the following opera version:

Opera 24.0

Version information

Version: 24.0.1558.53 - Checking for updates...
Update stream: Stable
System: Windows 7 64-bit (WoW64)
Browser identification

Paths

Install: C:\Program Files (x86)\Opera

In this version of Opera we can preview the tab by placing the mouse over the tab.

But whenever I am watching a video on youtube and then place the mouse over the tab to preview another tab but I dont change the tab, but remain in the same in which Youtube is being played, the video on youtube become "Black" as in I can hear the sound but the video screen goes black.

To come out of this condition I need to just scroll up / down once and instantly the video is restored.

Can somebody tell me is this a bug in Opera or is it because of youtube developer tools being enable??
