Hardware acceleration causes lag on main monitor

Hello everyone,

When HA is enabled, I usually try to watch something on the main monitor and scroll through twitter on my second monitor. But when I do that the stream or video i am watching lags and it suddenly buffers the video massively.

I turned it off and it works, but do I lose some smoothness in watching videos?

What does it mean?
