Context menu auto selecting

Lately, when right clicking on various objects, like images for example, the context menu will automatically execute the command that happens to be under the pointer after right clicking, like 'save as' or 'open in new window' etc.
I've tried the same thing on the same sites in Firefox and Chrome, and this doesn't happen, so I assume it's Opera related.
This is fairly new, i don't recall having this issue before.

Any ideas as to what this is?

I'm running Kubuntu with Plasma.

I also have this problem. Context menu appears a bit late, it is like an animation. Actually it even couldn't appear, just selects a command and disappear.

I've got the same problem on Manjaro with GNOME. Very often context menu is placed under the cursor, and after releasing right click, the highlighted context menu item is being activated.
