Whatsapp url not working

Hello!
I have a problem using a URL like this: https://wa.me/51999999999?text=Pedido
It works fine in other browsers like Chrome or Zafary.
When I try the link on Opera I see this message:

Not sure if i need to do something else to it in order to work in opera.
Can anyone can help me with this please?

Does anybody know how or where can I get some help about this?

I am pretty new with opera so I am completely lost in this bug.

Or maybe there is a forum or something like that for developers?
