Upload error for add-on

I have been trying to upload my add-on at https://addons.opera.com/developer/upload/ and I have tried it on Chrome and Opera with no luck. I keep getting 405 (Method Not Allowed) error in the console. I have tried uploading .zip and .crx files.
Does anyone have a fix for this?

i get the same, or similar error warning just for reloading normal pages. In my case, seems to have less to do with addons, and more to do with the inner-workings of Cloudflare, since it only happens (so far as I've had any need to notice) on pages that somehow have Cloudflare doing ''security'' checks for them.
