Opera not opening file explorer.

When I try to open file explorer to import files into Opera GX for any reason (importing an image to google images, importing bookmarks, etc.) The browser acts like it opened file explorer, and I cannot access the browser. But file explorer does not open. I have to close Opera GX through Task Manager to continue using it.
