opera gx looks like opera touch

I recently discovered the existence of opera gx for mobile users. unfortunately I was a little disappointed with this browser.
Opera Touch was released in October 2018, so why hasn't there been a significant change to the browser's layout?
I hope that in the future these changes are made.
