Can't watch Twitch.tv

Hi. Sorry for my bad english.
I haven't been able to watch broadcasts on Twitch.tv for months: error # 2000 appears. I have already contacted Twtich support and they know nothing about it. I use the version of Opera GX: 3 core LVL version: 76.0.4017.220 on Windows 10. The only way to see the broadcasts without errors is to use the Opera VPN. If the VPN is not active the error occurs. I have already tried the following options as well:
Use private mode / disable all extensions / cleared both cache and coockie and cleared browsing data / disabled active extensions / scanned with antivirus / removed adblock. I also ran the following commands on the cmd as administrator:
netsh int ip reset
netsh int tcp reset
ipconfig / flushdns
netsh winsock reset
route -f
Despite these operations, the error 2000 problem persists. I ask for suggestions on how to return to seeing broadcasts normally on the browser.
