Hi,
It seems that opera mini does not yet support Arabic language?
Please advise.
Thanks,

I'm very glad that Opera is coming to Windows Phone, but why Opera Mini instead of Opera mobile?
The design of Opera Mini really doesn't fit Windows Phone's design at all really.
I would love it if you ported the Android "Opera Mobile" to Windows Phone as the UI is significantly better. Having Opera Mini on high end devices just makes me feel like I'm using an old browser for low end phones to be honest...

Hey dear developers of Opera Mini for Windows Phone. I'm a user from Shandong,
China and now using Nokia Lumia 925 running Wp8.1(Cyan). I registered to test
your beta version software.
I received the notice, downloaded from the Market and installed Opera Mini. At
the first, there was nothing wrong except that it didn't display Chinese
characters properly. I mean at the end of every line, I can only see half
Chinese character. I'm sorry that I cannot provide any screeshot because I
have met another problem.
I tapped the icon and could access, while when I tapped any websites on the
default screen, or input any websites in the address column and tapped "go",
it crashed and went back to the Start Screen. I tried many times and I'm sure
that it's a problem.
Thank you. -

Just updated. Can actually navigate and add shortcuts to my home screen. Still crashes occasionally though.
Things/Changes I would like:- Metro UI to be constant with Windows Phone
- An Option to set Bing as the default search engine for at the top of the screen.
- More fine tuning options in settings.
- ability to use theme color for all text within app settings and menus
- a dark theme option instead of this bright white theme to help save battery.

I am a fun of operamini, it is so smooth and humanity, small size with full-featured, the operalink is very good. I used it on my ex-phone which is an android. When change to wp, I expect to use operamini too.
When i know the operamini beta for wp released. I install it immediately.
My phone is Lumia 525 with wp8.1&cyan and operamini 9.0.0.
During these days ,on my phone, operamini runs stable, never crashed itself.
But there are some bugs and features need.- The chinese font is so small even i changed the zoom to max.I think you can refer to 欧朋 which is the China version of operamini. Its font size is good.
- The typesetting is bad, there are many words can't be seen at right side of the screen.
- There is no night mode.
- I changed the search engine to another not google.after exit operamini and open it again, the search engine back to google.
- The store shows that operamini has been updated to 9.0.2, but I can't install it from the store.

According to the comments above, they've supposedly fixed the crashing upon opening but I have deleted the first version and reinstalled through Windows store and it's still crashing immediately upon opening for me.
Deleted again.Windows Nokia Lumia 625

I installed on my Lumia 1520. First time, it crashed upon opening. But an update followed soon after and it's working fine.
Preliminary observations are
- It's slow to load pages
- Even with Zoom set to 400% max, the fonts are still too small for comfortable reading.
Cheers

Update: Managed to load the app now.
Don't follow the link on the email as it takes you to the original app that kept crashing. Follow the link on this website (above). -

Except unsupported some sites (wpcentral.com as example) only one wish: use WP built-in components (menu, combobox) if possible. Current version looks like Android ported application. WP has own style.

Excellent, the latest update runs nicely on my Lumia 820 with Cyan. I don't object to the "classic" UI, it's nice and clear. I wondered whether support for HTML5 is being considered? It would be good because IE has the worst support for HTML5 of all the browsers according to html5test.com presently Opera mini scores only 53 out of 555!
