Update: Managed to load the app now.
Don't follow the link on the email as it takes you to the original app that kept crashing. Follow the link on this website (above).

According to the comments above, they've supposedly fixed the crashing upon opening but I have deleted the first version and reinstalled through Windows store and it's still crashing immediately upon opening for me.
Deleted again.

Crashes within 3-seconds every time you try to open it. Not much else to say I'm afraid.
