Allow people to add back tabs to already existing windows

For example, say someone is watching Youtube and they accidentally drag out the tab and they start it in a new window. You should be allowed to add back the exact tab into your old window.

@heyimghab You can already do that. Just grab the previously dragged out tab (by the tab, not by the window bar) and drag it back
