Importing/Exporting Bookmarks?

Anyone know of an easy way to do this?

And to the developers: what kinda idiot creates a web browser and removes the ability to manage bookmarks? {rhetorical question} But, seriously, given the complaints and inconveniences, one would've expected this feature to be returned to the browser by now....

I am using Opera 24 for Mac (OS 10.9.4) . I imported my bookmarks from Firefox. Problem is they are in inverse order..
My important folders in each book mark file "News", for example are way at the bottom and least important at the top.

Is there a way to fix this please?

also, is there a way to be notified by email when someone posts a response.

Opera 15 seems to have imported all my bookmarks, but put them under "Imported Bookmarks". How do I move them to the top level other than by dragging each folder manually! Tedious and pathetic. The "first glance at bookmarks" mentioned above is clearly related to Windows. There is no such feature on a mac!
And how do I sort bookmarks alphabetcially? Do you seriously expect people to do it manually??? Why isn't there an A-Z button??????

You can drag the folder to bookmarks bar and sort them alphabetically there I think....
