Video of Streams is missing

Hey there, since today i cant watch any stream on this site anymore : www.glimesh.tv

Everything worked nice and smooth before
There was a Windows Defender Message right before that, which said, that opera GX wants to establish an connection which i agreed.

I tried to reinstall the Browser: No result
Create new profile: no result
Check on Edge browser: Works
Other streaming sites (FB/Twitch): works
Delete Browserfiles/Cookies etc: no result

There were no changes to the PC
Opera GX version: LVL2 (core: 75.0.3969.259)

Any Idea on this?
