Opera GX should have RGB without the need for RΛZΞR Synapse, for people who haven't yet sold their kidneys to a large personal computer peripherals corporation.

And it should have better effects for case fans, not just keyboards. I don't have any Razer device, but my ASRock motherboard supports Chroma. Not worth it for me to have Synapse installed and running though, since Opera's customization for fans is quite limited.
