In Opera 24.0, I cannot merge tabs into another pre-existing window. Heres what I mean:

      1. Open two windows (make multiple tabs in one to see it more clearly)
      2. Drag one tab (from the window with multiple)
      3. Attempt to release tab next to tabs in the other window

Expected result: should place the dragged tab inside the second window

Actual result: creates a third window if you had multiple tabs in the window one was dragged from, else just moves the window

Merging tabs into other windows is a feature in Opera 12.17 and in Chrome.

Don't understand what is going on for you as this feature works perfectly for me.

This is not working for me either. Have you found a solution?

I am using... Display Fusion application as well, maybe has something to do with it?

Yeah, I have the same problem. I rarely use it so its not a huge deal though. There is a workaround. Drag the tab and create a third window. Make sure the window you want to drag to is just below the 'top' window. If you only have a single tab in your 'top' window, when you drag it the window will disappear and the window below it will be visible. You can then drag that tab into the new 'top' window. Its clunky as hell but works. I'm not sure why it does this.
